Call Hold

You will get an indication of new incoming calls while already on a call. You can put the other caller on hold while attending to a maximum of 5 simultaneous lines.

Call Forward

You can forward any incoming call to your PC to any phone, even when you are offline. Just opt for Call Forwarding and receive calls on the move. You can also forward your calls to another PC.

Call Block

You can now block the numbers you don't want to receive calls from. You will receive an indication when someone tries to call you from the blocked numbers. You can also unblock the numbers by viewing the call block list.

Call History

You can view the details of last calls received or made along with the missed calls. Also you can place a return call using this feature.

Caller ID

You can view the caller's number before the call is answered. Caller ID may be used to track down or limit unwanted calls.

Audio Conference

You can be connected to five calls simultaneously. All you need to do is call the numbers, select the calls you want to have a conference with and press the start conference button in the same window. You can put the other calls that you don’t want in conference, on hold.

Missed Call Alert

You will receive an alert when you're offline or unable to answer a call along with the date, time of call and number from which call has been received.

Do not Disturb

When this feature is activated, all incoming calls are blocked, although you can still receive messages.

Contacts

Maintain all your contacts by clicking Add Contacts in the Contacts section. Add Display name and Reliance iCall id or Phone number and make calls or send instant message. You can delete contacts whenever you wish.

Account Balance

You can check and maintain your account balance using the Account Balance feature.

Instant Messaging

You can chat with other Reliance iCall users and send them emoticons.

Offline Messages

You can send messages to other Reliance iCall users even when they are not online. They would be able to view these messages when they are online.

Account Recharge Option

You can recharge your account anytime, using the Account Recharge feature.

Ring Tones

You can set ring tones of your choice by choosing music files of your choice.

Record Calls

You can record calls (in mp3 or wav format) by pressing the record calls button in the active call window. The record calls button will appear only when at least one call is active. There is no provision for selective recording. All the active calls will be recorded and saved in one media file. Currently unavailable for MAC users.

Make and receive video calls to/from your friends and family using Reliance iCall's video call. It's absolutely free. Connect your webcam and have a face-to -face conversation at the click of a button.
